Cancer Research
Henry Ford Health + Michigan State University Health Sciences is committed to supporting collaborative basic, clinical, and population research to create a national and international destination for the most advanced cancer therapies and interventions. Through this partnership, Henry Ford + MSU is on a journey to achieve a National Cancer Institute (NCI) cancer center designation by addressing the cancer burden of Michigan and beyond with a focus on curing cancer and reducing disparities in cancer outcomes, while also improving the lives of the people and communities we serve.
Henry Ford Health’s cancer program combined with MSU’s state-wide cancer research network and educational outreach is allowing us to reach new heights, driving new innovations, improving cancer prevention and outcomes, and inspiring hope. We are 250 cancer investigators strong, and we are attacking cancer across multiple fronts.
